Welcome to PT Diaries.

Dear Fitness focused friends & colleagues, this blog is is full of fitness fun & information. PTGirl is a fitness nut yet can still party like a rock star!

I wants to show people they can be active & healthy yet still have a great time… and a few drinks!!

As PT lover,  fitness fanatic and runner I’m almost always training for half marathon.

How it all started…

I originally hired a Personal Trainer for five weeks program to help me get back on track and customize a fitness regime for me. To my surprise after the first session I was sold. Over three years later I’ve gone to a session twice a week ever since. I went from not being able to run for more than 5 minutes to completing 3 half marathons.

I will share my experiences with Personal Trainers as well as my half marathon training. I will review local health facilities and fitness classes, as well as discuss new innovative fitness products and share nutritional tips & recipes.

    Dear Pt Girl, Can you share your secret for getting a workout high?? Despite my valiant efforts I still hate the gym. I think if I could feel that high it would make me want to go more often!! Please advise.
