		<description>Oh my god, you know the PTs are one of the gyms here in my area are all in less shape than I am. I swear I am fitter than most of those women. 
How do they even take their careers seriously?

In regards to the trainer panting harder than you - that is horrendous and I would have been pissed off. In my mind I probably would have wanted to kick her off the bike hopped on and said &quot;ok class time to spin!&quot;. Lol!</description>

Sorry to hear you didn&#039;t make it to the half.  There will be plenty more halfs in the future to do.

Sorry I don&#039;t have any insomnia remedies.. If I have trouble sleeping I&#039;ll read from a BOOK.  Reason I say BOOK is that online can really keep you stimulated.. WHere a book isn&#039;t lit, and you can get lost in a story.

Try Melatonin pills. I don’t advocate ANY sleeping &quot;aids&quot; or &quot;drugs&quot;. However they help to get your internal clock back on track. They wont knock you our or make you sleep though.</description>
