Guilt Free Burger

Less than 275 calories & 23 g of protein. Perfect after any workout!

  • 1 lbs extra lean ground turkey meat guiltless burger
  • 3-4 diced mushrooms
  • 1 diced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • chopped mint leaves
  • 1 egg white
  • 8 crushed whole wheat crackers
  • weight watcher burger bun
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 3 pickles sliced
  • 1 thin slice of light cheese (half oz)
  • mustard

In a bowl mix the turkey meat, diced mushrooms, diced green onions, crushed crackers, chopped mint leaves, egg white and lemon juice.

Mold 4-6 burger patties and grill thoroughly

Add cheese and wait for it to melt

Toast bun, lay turkey burger on it

Add mustard, sliced tomato and pickles
